Does Tightweb backup client files?
Tightweb backs up those files which it initially creates or modifies. Tightweb does not back up client modified files on a client site. Should a hosting server crash - emergency backups are available for internal use - but are not available for client backup. It is advised that periodically you download your files to a secure directory on your pc

Can I make arrangements for automatic backups?
Tightweb offers a monthly management package which includes weekly site backups. These will include current copy backups and well as archival backups. Contact Tightweb for more information.

Where can I store my web materials outside of my own pc?
Tightweb maintains several client web ftp server sites. These can be accessed in a number of different ways. Essentially Tightweb will maintain an FTP (File Transfer Protical) account on one of its protected - non-internet servers for you or your company to store information on.
