At Tightweb Communications, we know that your web site has one primary objective - to be profitable to your organization. To assist our clients in managing their own web assets, Tightweb provides two customized client 'Control Panels' allowing for day-to-day Real Time monitoring of strategic information and valuable usage data. The 'Control Panel' on the right, can be used to monitor a client's existing hosting site and the 'Control Panel' below provides the same information plus much more when using tightweb's own hosting service. Both are easy to use and provides all the  necessary information a growing business needs to have in order to properly manage its web site activities. You'll never have to depend upon a third party again to know exactly what the status of your web operation actually is.
Many of the monitoring devices included in the 'Control Panel' are the same as professional 'Network Operation Centers' (NOCs) actually use to manage their own large systems. When decisions are needed, the information is available from the 'Control Panel'. The monitoring services of either Control Panel' will be as close to you as your own pc. Included in the monitoring provided by the 'Control Panel' at the top of the page are server statistics and daily tracking information. Server Statistics provide for a wide range of data using *Webalizer Analytical Data. Information includes daily visits, page hits and hourly, daily and weekly averages. Tracking Information is provided by eXTReMe Tracker and includes information on daily, weekly and monthly unique visitors together with the type of browsers being used and the address of each visitor. Both tracking and server data is real time (you see it within a few minutes of when it actually happens) and includes the number of visits by days of the week (Monday, Tuesday ...) as well as the hours of the day. Monitoring also includes third party hosting servers as well as new clients' existing hosting servers. The 'Hosting Clients' Control Panel' includes of the previous mentioned plus the ability to maintain referral information for up to three months, access web mail, crete and edit databases including adding new tables to a current database. Hosting clients also have the ability to edit, upload and create new pages on their site right from their own PCs without any special new software!
 Both Control Panels provid easy methods of determining if there are any current changes or pre-production issues underway or planned by Tightweb regarding the monitored site. It provides options that allow you to edit your own site - whenever you wish and to upload new files and/or graphics right from your own PC. It also allows for easy upgrades, the ability to use 'whois' services from the Internet (right through your own PC) and to easily monitor, change and/or register new domains or domain information ... as well as renew existing domains.
Tightweb is one of only a few national web developing firms offering on-going monitoring services to its clients. All Tightweb clients have access to the Control Panel - as long as their site has not been modified by a third party. Tool usage, available on the panel, provides for updating email forwarding, modifying or adding email address or changing META commands or headings, are absolutely FREE and have no limitations regarding how many times they're used!
A client can use the upload button to upload page changes which they've prepared themselves as many times as they wish and all are absolutely FREE!. In addition, if the client maintains an e-commerce site - they can have their administrative as well as their database access added to their Control Panel - FREE!
